A speculative application lets you send us your profile even when there is no open position in your area. The details you send are reviewed by the HR team and kept in the Grupo JAF candidate database for 12 months, and you are contacted when a matching opportunity comes up.

What candidates ask.
You can. That is what the speculative application is for. State clearly the field you are interested in: that is how your application is found when a position opens.
Twelve months in the Group’s candidate database. During that time it is looked at whenever a position opens in the field you named. After that it is no longer active.
First the HR team, which screens it. Where it matches a position, it goes to the team responsible for the field you named, which reviews the context and may ask for further information.
A CV in PDF or Word, up to five megabytes per file. The form takes one attachment – the CV. What you want to say about yourself goes in its own field, above the attachment.
