Planning
01We set out phases, resources, responsibilities, risks and checkpoints.
We carry out building construction, refurbishment and infrastructure maintenance with planning, safety and coordination – on new builds and in spaces that have to keep running.
JAF | Build
That experience spans residential and commercial buildings, industrial units, public infrastructure, refurbishment and maintenance. Landscaping, signage and water and drainage systems are specialisms of their own, and coordinate with the build with no change of contact. Every job is planned around safety, quality, schedule and fit with its setting.
Each entry leads to the capability that answers it. When a project needs more than one, the same team coordinates them.
Buildings, industrial units and facilities, from the plot to handover.
Restoring, maintaining or changing the use of an existing building.
Water and drainage networks and road signage are a specialism of their own, coordinated with the build with no change of contact.
Works in a space that has to keep running, phased and with safety controls.
We build housing, commercial premises, offices and public facilities.
We restore, maintain and adapt existing buildings and heritage properties to new uses.
We carry out preventive, planned and corrective work to keep infrastructure available and performing.
We build, extend and adapt structures for manufacturing, logistics and storage.
Road marking and technical and operational signage are a specialism of their own, and coordinate with the build with no change of contact.
Water, drainage and heating networks are a specialism of their own, and coordinate with the build with no change of contact.
Where the drawing becomes a place. Where the calculation becomes structure. Where time becomes handover.
JAF.04 | Operations
In spaces that stay in use, we step up planning, coordination with the client and the management of access, safety, noise, circulation and work phases. Methods are adapted to keep the disruption to existing activity down.

From the technical gesture to handover – welding, masonry, screed and finishes carried out by the in-house teams of JAF Construções.

Four stages that structure every job, from planning to handover.
We set out phases, resources, responsibilities, risks and checkpoints.
We apply the safety procedures that suit the site, the tasks and the operations under way.
We keep the client, site management, the teams, suppliers and the authorities involved in constant contact.
We control execution, keep the document record, close out non-conformities and organise the handover.
The work cuts across residential, commercial, industrial and critical-infrastructure sectors – with team, process and schedule adapted to each setting.
We deliver developments, multi-family housing, refurbishment and building conversions.
We build and refurbish office buildings, hotels, retail units and shared public spaces.
We build and adapt industrial units, production plants, warehouses and supporting infrastructure.

Projects across different contexts and building types, each with its location, scope and outcome on record.

A corporate project bringing the Group’s companies together in a building designed for collaboration, energy efficiency and identity.
Construction View project →Once handed over, a building consumes energy, can produce it, and needs managing. We have those capabilities, and they come in with no change of contact.
Once the works are handed over, the asset starts consuming. Energy supply covers contracting and managing that consumption.
Roofs, car parks and spare land are where solar self-consumption fits without competing for usable space.
When the build is a development rather than a commission, managing and growing the asset continues after handover.
Before asking for a proposal, six details shorten the first assessment.
Yes. Construction & Infrastructure takes enquiries about tenders, proposals, quotations and technical partnerships.
Send the background to the tender through the Group contacts. The team responsible assesses the opportunity and confirms whether it will take part.
Yes. In an assessment or tender enquiry, the tender documents, the design, the bills of quantities and the remaining technical material can decide the analysis. Receiving documentation is not a commitment to submit a proposal.
Yes, where the request falls within the areas the Group works in. State the area, the location, the scope, the deadline you have in mind and the documentation that exists, so it reaches the right team.
It depends on how complex the request is and on the information needed to assess it. The Group does not set a date before the team responsible has reviewed the scope – a deadline given before that would be a number with nothing behind it.
A site visit may be needed, depending on the nature and complexity of the project. Whether one is required, and when it can happen, is decided by the team responsible after a first review.
Tell us what you want to build, refurbish or maintain. With the location, scope and expected timeline, the first assessment comes back faster.
Your request goes to the team responsible for the area you selected, which reviews the context you sent and may ask for further information.
